We had a fun week in 2nd grade! We had a fun Valentine's Party! What great a day to share with our friends and classmates in 2nd grade! We have so much to be thankful for and the goodness and love God showers on us is amazing! God's faithfulness is evident each and every day! It's such a blessing to see the kids grow in their faith each day and know they love Jesus! Thank you for your faithfulness in making Christian education a priority for your family! It is an honor to teach your son/daughter each day!   HOMEWORK: New homework will be sent home on Tuesday, Feb. 17 and is due back the 23rd. God is good! All the time! We celebrated 100 days of school this week and the kids had a fun time! We ate our cereal together, had devotions and looked back on God's goodness, and then celebrated with a variety of fun activities. The kids had cool ideas using a variety of items. We spelled out words with cups and linking cubes made the number 100 with dominoes and building blocks. The kids have such great imaginations! The students looked fabulous dressed as 100 year olds! I am amazed at how much the students have learned so far this year and they keep growing and growing! It's so fun to see how much we have accomplished so far this year! Our classroom community continues to grow close, just like a family. It has been so great to laugh together, support each other, and pray for each other.
