Grandparents/Friends

We had a fun visit from the 8th grade orchestra kids today! They played some songs for us and let the 2nd graders get up close to the instruments! They showed the 2nd graders how to play their instruments and then the 2nd graders played a song! Super fun! Look for pictures of this at the end of the blog. We had a super fun time with our
grandparents/friends on Thursday! What a pleasure to see the beautiful connection between the generations! So much love to go around! The kids had so much fun being with them and singing for them!

Homework:

Homework Folders came home on Monday, Oct. 7 and the work inside is due on Oct. 14.
*Reminder- 100 minutes for Reading. This can be your child reading on his/her own OR you and your child taking turns.

The 2nd graders know Psalm 23 so well! We recited it for our grandparents/friends and they did so good! Use it this month for devotions!
