What a beautiful week it's been. It's amazing to witness the intricate changes in season that our Creative God has designed and puts on display each fall! We are reminded that despite what's going on in the world around us, God remains constant and He is with us! What a comfort that is!
Homework:
Homework Folders will come home again on Monday October 5, and the work inside will be due the following Monday, Oct. 12.
Reminder- 100 minutes for Reading. This can be your child reading on his/her own OR you and your child taking turns.
Math papers- time each half and see how many correct. The goal is to get faster at our facts each time.
Keep working on the Red Words as they come home each week on the blue half sheets!

Farmer of the Week:
Sawyer was our Farmer of the Week! Thanks for sharing your poster and pictures with the class. We enjoyed getting to know more about you! We learned that you like riding trails on your quad. Your favorite food is pizza. Your favorite place is Mexico and you want to be a football player when you grow up! You are so special to God and to us, Sawyer, and we loved getting to know more about you this week!
Grandparents/Grandfriends Day:
Don't forget that our special day with our grandparents/grandfriends is next week Wednesday, on Oct.7! We are excited to share part of our school day with them!
Program is at 8:45 in the gym then visit classrooms.
