Walk-a-thon success!

We are in awe of God's faithfulness to His people despite their unfaithfulness to Him. What a beautiful reminder that our God who changes the seasons also holds each of us gently in His hands.  In Bible we saw God's amazing patience with His people and even though they went into captivity, He still promised them he would be with them and they would have the promise of the Messiah! 

We had a great time at the Walk-a-thon! Thanks to all the parents who helped out to make it a huge success! 

Homework:

Homework folders will come home again on Mon. Sept. 28 and the work will be due on Oct. 5.

Inside will be a new Reading slip, Math page, and a blue half sheet. Keep working on those Red words!

Keep working on Psalm 8 at home. We have learned the first 5 verses!

Library books due on Wednesdays.

Friday Folders come back on Monday.

Picture Forms:

Today in your child's Friday Folder is their picture form to fill out. Make sure your child's name is on the form you return as they are printed with each child' name. Please return this form even if you are not ordering pictures. All forms should be back by Sept. 29.

Grandparents/Grandfriends Day:

Please let your child's grandparents/grandfriends know that our day to share school with them will be on Oct. 7! Feel free to send them the attached link if you would like to.
